A short stroll across
the courtyard of Sanchez Art Center brings you to the East Gallery,
where the works of the 13 artists of ArtWaVeS Gallery are featured
in“Winter Salon.” This year’s “Winter Salon” includes works by Jennifer
Alpaugh, Susan Black, Kathy Dybeck, Linda Fitch, Richard Herring,
Charlotte Kay, Melinda Lightfoot, Kathy Miller, Leigh Radtke, Nancy
Mona Russell, Louis Webb, Roxanne Worthington, and Pauline Yeckley.
Art Waves existed as a small art gallery in the outer sunset from 2005 until 2008. Two years later Art WaVeS began again - as a virtual gallery on the internet, and with Summer Art Salons being held at FOGBELT STUDIO in 2010 and 2011.

All exhibits open
Friday, January 11, with a reception for the artists from 7 to 9
pm. Thereafter the galleries are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
from 1 to 5 pm, through the exhibit’s close on February 10. Sanchez
Art Center is located at 1220 Linda Mar Blvd., Pacifica, California,
about 1.5 miles east of Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean. |
